Nevertheless, it will be sufficient for us to affirm the ell authentic ted reports of impartial Лтегісдп дпи -uropean ne s aper cones- , pondents, that during toe past year several million inhabi tants of Ukraine have died a terrible death from starvation, and that even cannibalism v?as discovered in several sections of the country.
