T h ese observan ces, how ever, are not su fficien t in th em selves. T h ey should be im p lem en ted by action ou tsid e th e auditorium or hall w h erein th e com m em orative exercises w ill b e held. It should be borne in m ind h ere th a t th e S oviet R u ssian regim e does n ot p erm it th e p ub lication o f O lena T elih a’s w orks. T h erefore U k rain ians in th e free w ord are con scien ce and d u ty bound to m ake know n to it w h o sh e w as, w h at sh e accom plished as p oetess and p atriot, and w h at suprem e sacri fice had to m ak e fo r it all.
