Another impactful result of our humanitarian aid campaign. $100k has been allocated to Ukrainian hospitals for fixators, used to keep fractured bones stabilized and in alignment.
Due to the Russian indiscriminate bombing of Ukrainian villages, cities, and infrastructure, fractured bones are unfortunately common, and often life-changing, injuries. Fixators help to literally assemble a bone back and let it heal, helping to avoid limb amputation and a lifelong disability.
