As winter approaches, Russia has significantly intensified its attacks on Ukrainian civilian infrastructure, resulting in dozens of deaths and hundreds of injuries.
Ukraine must be empowered to use the military aid provided by its partners to strike legitimate military targets within Russian territory.
We encourage all members of the American-Ukrainian community to contact their elected officials and urge them to work with the U.S. administration to lift any existing restrictions on Ukraine’s ability to utilize U.S.-provided military aid.
