A community advocacy event on the Hill gathered over 300 participants from 45 states.
As one of the co-organizers of American Coalition for Ukraine, the Ukrainian National Women’s League of America took an active role in organizing the second Ukraine Action Summit, which successfully concluded in Washington, D.C., on April 25, 2023. A community advocacy of the Hill, the Summit gathered more than 300 participants from more than 45 states in meetings with elected officials in Congress.
On the first day of the Summit, delegates met each other, went through workshops about congressional meetings, and networked with each other. The following two days were replete with congressional meetings and conversations about the issues Ukraine is facing today.
