On February 24th, Russia attacked Ukraine. Unprovoked military assault of Russian troops left cities devastated, hospitals and schools destroyed, and thousands of people in humanitarian crisis. The UNWLA asks all its members and the general public to donate to our humanitarian aid campaign. It’s directed at:
- civilians inside Ukraine who have been displaced or injured
- 4 military hospitals (Kyiv, Dnipro, Lviv, and Zhytomyr) caring for injured soldiers and civilians, both adults and children.
We’ve raised over $400K in the past two weeks, and with your continued support hope to significantly increase that number. It’s never been more important than now to support work in Ukraine.
Contributions can be made in three ways:
1. Via check – Please make your check out to UNWLA (state “Humanitarian Aid to Ukraine” in the note field) and send it to the UNWLA, 203 Second Ave 5th fl, New York, NY 10003
2. On our website unwla.org – Use the “DONATE” button.
