XXXIІI Конвенція СУА 69 • Created numerous hramoty for Branches and members celebrating anniversaries or other special events. • Worked with a designer to create a new Membership Certificate for newly formed Branches. • Worked with all Branch Presidents to ensure they obtained and used the UNWLA email system. • Provided individual training on how to set up the UNWLA email. • Handled all requests for emails and later turned this responsibility over to the UNWLA Office Manager. This responsibility also includes reviewing monthly reports to ensure that emails are removed for those no longer entitled to them. Annual Financial Report • Worked with Karen Chelak and Roksolana Sheverack to develop the 2022 Annual Financial Report in Excel that now requires Branches and Regional Council’s to provide more detailed financial information. • Participated in the meeting of Branch Presidents on January 19, 2023, to review with Branch Presidents and Treasurers their annual reports.. • Together with Roksolana Sheverack and Karen Chelak, participated in five sessions with individuals who needed help completing the Annual Financial Report. Greetings/Press Releases • Worked with UNWLA designers to create greetings for various holidays (Christmas, Easter) and special events to be published in newspapers and other media. • Wrote a press release for the Staszkiw Scholarship award and placed it in seven newspapers/magazines with an accompanying ad. Meeting Attendance Participated in all meetings of the National Executive Committee, the National Board, and the Finance Committee. It was an honor and a privilege to serve as the First Vice President of the UNWLA. I would like to express my sincere gratitude to Natalia Pawlenko for her trust in me and her support and guidance, as well as to all members of the National Executive Committee for their collegiality and support.
