XXXIІI Конвенція СУА 107 Over the course of three years, 143 students finished their studies in high school and/or trade school, university, lyceums, and academies. One student received a PhD degree and 16 completed their Master degree programs. We are deeply grateful to sponsors, donors, and benefactors for supporting these students. I extend my sincere thanks to members of the UNWLA Scholarship Standing Committee for their support and volunteer work and to the Branch 98 volunteers who come to help out in the scholarship office. A special thank you to Anna Krawczuk for her advice and guidance, to Myron Krawczuk for his volunteer care of our office computers, and Luba Bilowchtchuk for being there day in and day out helping me run the Scholarship Program. Her experience, knowledge and hard work are appreciated. Thank you for the opportunity to run the Scholarship Program these past three years. We were able to continue helping students in both Brazil and especially in Ukraine, where students now are faced with many challenges as they continue their education under war conditions. They have many tragedies in their lives, the worst being the loss of a parent. When our scholarship recipients write to us and thank us, they share their reality with us, and we are amazed at their patriotism and willingness to protect their homeland.
