Mesdames C hristi na Voyevidka and Olha Sonevyc. ka served as co-chairmen of the exhibition. O UR M E M B E R SH IP C AM PAIG N A m em bership campaign was planned for November-December 1969. Mrs. A nastasia Volker, UNWLA Vice President, has worked out a brief plan for Or ganizational Chairmen to follow. It includes inform ation obtained from the m em bership survey, and valuable inform ation on the establishm ent of goals, tim ing the campaign, working out the campaign them e and methods. Our bi-lingual Branches have re ceived copies of the plan and used them to the best advantage. C U L IN A R Y TERM S Boiled beef -— варена ялови чина Ground beef — мелена ялови чина Corned beef — маринована яло вичина Barbecue grill -— кабиця Beer — пиво Beet -— буряк, beet sugar — буряковий цукор Ukrainian Dishes A t the request of our readers we are printing a translation of one of the recipes which we ori ginally published in the U krain ian section of our magazine. Our recipes are tested by our Home Economics Committee which is headed by Miss Irene Kashubyn- ska of Cleveland, Ohio. Egg, Bacon ’n Tomato Casserole 20 pieces of sausage 8 slices of bacon, cu t in h a lf 1 larg e on ion ^ sliced 2 large, h a rd tom atoes, c u t in w edges 4eggs F ry the bacon w ith the onion until crisp. Remove from pan, and fry sausage in the bacon drippings. Add bacon and onion and top w ith eggs (be careful not to dissolve the yolk). W hen the eggs are done, m ake a “well” in the middle for the tom atoes. The dish is done when the tom atoes soften.
