180 ХХ Х II Конвенція СУА churches of all denominations, to publish and inform their parishioners and members about the UNWLA, our mission, historic record of accomplishments and current campaign to locate potential members for branches and the MAL group. I further propose the “smarter” use of search engines to better position the UNWLA on search engines for those searching the word “Ukrainian.” Please imagine, as I often do, the UNWLA on its 100th Anniversary having reversed the current trend of losing more members than it gains and instea d replacing it with one that more closely resembles previous times when Ukrainian women joined the organizatio n en masse , as in the post WWII era. The UNWLA is the largest and oldest Ukrainian women’s organization in the United States. We should share our story confidently with women in the diaspora across the entire United States of America to create the turnaround and reinvigoration needed to sustain the organization for many years to come. Thank you to Marianna Zajac and the Executive Board for thei r leadership, especially during these challenging years. Congratulations to them on all that has been accomplished since the last convention. Thank you to my predecessors, Ola Movchan Novak and Roxolana Yarymovych, for generously sharing their insights, documentation, and goodwill with me. I appreciate them both. Thank you to Vice President for Membership Christine Boyko, for her support and cooperation in all matters concerning membership. Thank you to now retired Editor of Our Life , Tamara Stadnychenko - Cornelison, for being a good friend and for making submitting articles to her a great experience. Thanks to my dear friends, Ksenia Kuzmycz and Ks enia Rakowsky, for helping me make calls to MAL, on my behalf, when I began my tenu re as Liaison. Thank you to the MAL who came forward to help me to create a video for the UNWLA 95 th Anniversary. Meeting and interacting with them on Zoom has been the highlight of my tenure as Liaison. They lifted my spirits by their enthusiastic pa rticipation and sincere desire to express their love and respect for their Ukrainian heritage. This core group has generated an energy that is now moving it in a new and exciting direction. An outstanding member of this group is Dr. Olena Danylyuk, who is an inspiration and a great collaborator. Serving the Members - at - Large community has been an honor and a pleasure !
