ХХ Х II Конвенція СУА 147 Wrote and submitted job description and guidelines for Social Media Chair to update UNWLA files. Attended all meetings of the National Board (and Executive Board, when needed), prepared and presented PowerPoint presentations. Member of the Editorial Board of Our Life magazine, participating in monthly meetings. Review articles monthly before the magazine is published. Submitted articles to Our Life magazine related to social media. Participated in quarterly meetings of UNWLA Standing Committee Chairs. Continuing education of new social media techniques; attended online seminars. UNWLA participated in the 2017 March to St. Patrick's Cathedral for the 85th Anniversary Commemoration of the Holodomor. UNWLA Representation In 2020, I attended the annual conference of the World Federation of Ukrainian Women’s Organizations as a UNWLA delegate. Throughout my tenure, I attended numerous events organized by our members and partners, among them: - Holodomor March to St. Patrick’s Cathedral - The Ukrainian Museum, presentation by Ann e Applebaum and book signing of Red Famine - 70th anniversary concert of UPA and Aktsia Wisla - Ukrainian National Association 125th Anniversary Gala concert - Screening of the Leonid Kanter’s last film Myth depicting the ultimate sacrifice of Wasyl Slip ak - Screening of several films, among them Simon Petliura’s Diaries , Baba Babi Skazala, Man with a Stool - Oksana Kis lecture on the topic Women of the Gulag - Unveiling of the Raphael Lemkin plaque at the Ukrainian Institute of America - Candle of Reme mbrance Holodomor event at the Ukrainian American Cultural Center Organized a screening for the community in New Jersey of the documentary film Recovery Room that presents the ongoing war in Ukraine and the work of many volunteer doctors who are performin g major reconstructive surgeries for wounded soldiers, and then co - authored an article about this important film for Our Life magazine. Organized a Holodomor event for the community, with special guest speaker Andrew Stuttaford, contributor to the National Review, Perspectives on the Holodomor . Organized a Holodomor community event with guest speaker Prof. Luciuk Lessons Learned from the Holodomor .
