124 ХХ ХІ I Конвенція СУА ІРИНА БУЧКОВСЬКА, СЕКРЕТАРКА У звітному часі від січня 2017 - го до червня 20 21 - го року Екзекутива СУА провела 51 засідання на час написання звіту і ще буде мати три засідання до ХХХІІ Конвенції СУА в Ню Йорку . Засідання проводились телефон ічно , а також віртуально у форматі Skype та ZOOM . Я писала протоколи 49 - ти засідань, ще напишу три і голова СУА Мар іян на Заяць на писала три протоколи засідань, на яких я не була присутня . Також за цей час відбулося 5 і ще відбудеться два Річні засідання Головної Управи СУА на Союзівці і під час пандемії COVID -1 9 у форматі Zoom . Я писала і писатиму протоколи всіх цих нарад. Крім обов ’ язків секретарки в Екзекутиві СУА я є референткою стипендій Ок ружної Управи СУА Філ ядельфія і 67 - го Відділу СУА . Від травня 2016 року веду стор інку О круги СУА Філ я дельфія у Фейсбуці , створила і веду сторінку 67 - го Відділу СУА у Фейсбу ці . Допомагаю, коли потрібно, зі сторінкою СУА у Фейсбу ці і та вебсайт ом . Була членкинею комітету святкування 95 - ти річчя СУА. Займалася збиранням всіх відеоматеріалів і світлин , написала статтю до газети “ Свобода ” про історію СУА. __________________________________ IRYNA BUCZKOWSKI SECRETARY During the reporting period from January 2017 to June 2021, the Executive Committee of the UNWLA held 51 meetings at t he time of writing and will hold three more meetings before the XXXII Convention. Meetings were and will be he ld by telephone and virtually using Skype and ZOOM . I wrote the minutes of 49 meetings, I will write for the three remaining meetings. UNWLA President Marianna Zayac wrote minutes of meetings at which I was not present. Also , during this period there were five meetings of the National Board of the UNWLA at Soyuzivka and there will be two more in ZOOM during the COVID - 19 pandemi c. I have written and will write the minutes of all these meetings. In addition to my duties as UNWLA Secretary, I am the scholarships chair for the Philadelphia Regional Council and for Branch 67. Since May 2016, I have been the administrator of the Philadelphia Regional Council Facebook page. I established and administer the Branch 67 Facebook page. When needed, I assisted with the UNWLA Facebook page and website. I was a member of the committee to organize the celebration of the UNWLA 95th anniversary. I gathered the video and photo materials, authored an article for the newspaper Svoboda about the history of the UNWLA.
