120 ХХ Х І I Конвенція СУА In addition to offering information for the public, the website redesign in cludes a portal that contains a repository of impo rtant documents for our members and is for the exclusive use of members. Updated Position Descriptions and Policies , and Procedures As the website was being redesign ed, I led the National Board ’s effort to review and update the organizat ion’s Position Descriptions, as well as Policies and Procedures. With the completion of the m embers - only p ortal, t hese documents, as well as the UNWLA B ylaws, reporting forms and various templates are now available to all of our members through the website. Creation of UNWLA Brand Book The process of public relations includes ensuring a consistent use of our b rand. While reviewing various UNWLA b ranch and Regional Council Facebook pages, I noticed an inconsistent u se of our logo. Often the logo was embellished with various additional decorations, such as branch numbers, or graphics. Letterhead designs were also inconsistent. Branches and Regional Councils often designed their own letterheads. In short, there was a g reat deal of inconsistency in the presentation of the UNWLA brand. As a result, the Executive Committee authorized the creation of a UNWLA brand guideline. Working with a consultant , the UNWLA Brand Book was created. The Brand Book defines our logo and th e logo’s proper use and placement in documents and advertising . The Brand Book also defines a standard UNWLA letterhead, envelope, and a business card that can be tailored for use by b ranches and Regional Councils.
