ХХ Х II Конвенція СУА 111 Since May 2019, I have been the Executive Committee liaison to the Nominating Committee and worked on committee guidelines. The committee consisted of the eight Regional Council presidents as well as the liaisons for Branches - at - Large and Members - at - Large. The slate of potential officers for the new Nation al Board for the XXXII Convention was discussed at regular teleconference calls and video conferences. All members, with Oksana Lodziuk as chair and Alisa Serdyuk as secretary, worked diligently to form a new National Board. Olya Czerkas took on the role o f secretary with the resignation of Alisa Serdyuk. In August 2019, I assumed the responsibility of chairing the Convention Book Committee of the XXXII virtual Convention held on June 5, 2021. These responsibilities involved planning and writing letters of instructions and developing guidelines, gathering submissions by our members, as well as sending requests for greetings and advertisements for the book. This important responsibility was not as challenging as it could have been because of the wonderful co operation of committee members who diligently performed their obligations. The members of the Convention Book Committee included Roma Shuhan who efficiently managed the finances as treasurer, Mariya Andriyovych who collected greetings from Church dignita ries and leaders of organizations, and Nadia Nynka who provided technical assistance. Many thanks also go to Regional Council Presidents who worked tirelessly to gather paid greetings and advertising for the convention book. Both Lidia Slysh, the Ukrainian - language editor, and Irene Jarosewich, the English - language editor, did a remarkable job editing the many submitted reports. Mari e Duplak of Computoprint was responsible for printing our convention book and maintained her usual high standard of performanc e. I appreciate the conscientious work and cooperation of the committee members, editors, and printer for their diligence in the successful publ ication of our convention book. I would like to take this opportunity to express my sincere gratitude to UNWLA P resident Marianna Zajac, and to the delegates of the XXXI Convention for entrusting me with the position of 1 st Vice President. I also thank the members of the Executive Committee for their cooperation and support, and with whom it was my great pleasure to work. I wish all the delegates and participants of our virtual convent ion and the new Executive Committee the best of success in their work for the continued benefit of our organization, community, and Ukraine.
