172 ХХХI Конвенція СУА Once I receive the names for the Hramoty to be presented at the convention, I will send this list to branch presidents. 12) BAL NOMINATING COMMITTEE: For Co-Liaison and two BAL Committee members A teleconference regarding the establishment of the BAL Nominating Committee for Co-Liaison and two BAL Committee members was called. Natalia Santarsiero is the chairwoman of our BAL Nomi- nating Committee. During the teleconference, we discussed the obligations of the Nominating Committee and the quali- fications for the Co-Liaison position. Presidents were encouraged to attend the 2017 Convention along with their delegates. Presidents were notified that a specific time would be set aside during the convention for a BAL meeting. Elections of the Co-Liaisons and the two BAL Committee members will be held during this meeting at the convention. 13) NATIONAL BOARD NOMINATING COMMITTEE: Filling the National Board positions I participated in all the teleconferences of the National Board Nominating Committee under the lead- ership of Ksenia Rakowska and have maintained contact with her. My responsibilities were to find individuals for the Fourth Vice President and Member-at-Large posi- tions. These are my deeds and accomplishments over the past three years in keeping with my responsibili- ties as BAL Co-Liaison. I believe that through my continuous communication with the presidents, a positive and greater sense of belonging to the BAL group has been established. Ideas have been shared, friendships made, and the sisterhood among the UNWLA Branches-at-Large has been strengthened.
