ХХХI Конвенція СУА 139 2016 As in the years since 1988, the 2014–2016 Financials Reports were prepared by M. Orysia Jacus. We welcomed Nadia Jaworiw to the Committee as we turned our attention to preparations for the XXXI UNWLA Convention and the celebration of the program’s 50 th Anniversary. The UNWLA Schol- arship Program office ran smoothly, and stipends from sponsors were sent on a regular basis. We al- ways worked as a team – thank you all! We are grateful to Alexandra Isaievych Mason for designing (in 1991) and redesigning (in 2016) the UNWLA Scholarship Program logo for the 50 th anniversary. Lesia is a program alumna who became a UNWLA member, and has also sponsored students in Ukraine. During this time, more than 3,000 students became professionals, and hundreds upon hundreds finished high school and trade/vocational schools. Many became leaders in the Ukrainian communities of their respective countries and in Ukraine, including clergy of the Ukrainian Catholic and Orthodox churches.
