НАШЕ ЖИТТЯ • Грудень 2024 13 The UNWLA has earned a Candid Platinum Seal of Transparency on GuideStar – a rating that indicates an organization is highly transparent and shares important information with the public. The Platinum Seal is the highest level of recognition offered by Candid and GuideStar, and fewer than 1% of U.S. nonprofits have earned it. Organizations that earn the Platinum Seal share informa - tion about their goals, strategies, capabilities, achievements, and progress indicators. To earn the Platinum Seal, organizations must first com - plete the Bronze, Silver, and Gold requirements. In addition, they must upload a strategic plan from the past five years or answer questions about their strategy and goals, and share a metric from 2023 to show their progress. Candid is a nonprofit that provides the most comprehen - sive data and insights about the social sector. Platinum Transparency 2024 Candid. Through Values and Unity award celebrate not just the work of the organization but the collective spir - it of its members, partners, and ad - vocates. The UNWLA’s contributions ex - tend beyond immediate aid and advocacy, embodying a commit - ment to solidarity, historical pres - ervation, and the upliftment of Ukrainian heritage. This acknowl - edgment from distinguished bod - ies affirms that the UNWLA’s initi - atives resonate across generations, standing as a beacon of hope and perseverance in challenging times. President Natalie Pawlenko’s ac - ceptance of these awards symbol - izes the ongoing dedication of the UNWLA’s leadership and members to promoting peace, unity, and proactive humanitarian efforts. With these accolades, the UNWLA is reminded of the value of its con - tinued efforts and the profound re - sponsibility to lead in service to the Ukrainian people and their global supporters. These recognitions serve as powerful motivators, inspiring the UNWLA to further its mission and ensuring that its legacy of compas - sion and advocacy endures. СУА отримав дві важливі відзнаки, які засвідчують наш значний обсяг гуманітарної допомоги та внесок у просвіт - ницьку діяльність. Перша нагорода — Почесна Грамота від Ордену Святого Пантелеймона за активну гуманітар - ну працю в Україні. Голова Наталя Павленко прийняла цю нагороду разом зі своєю колишньою заступницею Вален - тиною Табакою та колишньою референткою суспільної опіки Окою Грицак на церемонії, що відбулася в Україн - ському Інституті Америки. Ця подія підкреслила важли - вість співпраці з партнерами та вказала на значні зусилля інших організацій, зокрема Project C.U.R.E. та Face to Face. Друга відзнака — «Голос миру через цінності та єдність», надійшла від Українського Інституту Публічної Дипломатії Жінок. Ця нагорода підтвердила майже сторічну діяль - ність СУА у сфері освіти, культури, гуманітарної допомоги та адвокації. Голова Наталя Павленко прийняла нагороду від Лілі Шевченко, голови НГО «Територія жінок», офіцій - ного партнера комітету з нагород. Ці визнання є підтвердженням непохитної відданості СУА підтримці української громади та збереженню її куль - турної спадщини.
