2 8 WWW.UNWLA.ORG “ НАШЕ ЖИТТЯ ” , ЧЕР ВЕНЬ 2020 twenty years. Guests enjoyed a delicious meal a nd dessert while listening to traditional Ukr ainian music as they watched the history of Branch 124 projected on the screen. Children hold a special place in the hearts of our branch members; thus, all proceeds from the 20 th Anniversary raffle were design ated for Christmas gifts for orphans in Ukrai ne. Raffle prize winners re- ceived beautiful gifts, and the children in Ukraine will be happy that St. Nicholas remembers and comes to them all the way from St. Petersburg, Florida. We were very proud to work to gether and celebrate the history of our branc h. We thank those women who had a vision twenty years ago and established UNWLA Br. 124 in St. Petersburg. We thank our branch members for their dedication and commitment to our successes. We greatly appreciate the support of our neighboring UNWLA sisters from North Port, Naples, and Miami. And we wholeheartedly thank the community and guests for their continuous support and extend our sincere gratitude to all. _______ ________________________________________ ___________________________________________ In Memoriam IRENE H.
