The branch members then joined their families and friends for a welcoming announcement and toast by Maria Brown, the official program Mistress of Ceremonies. Ms. Brown introduced Branch 124 president Olya Czerkas, who acknowledged the honored guests, one of whom was Mrs. Lydia Jachnycky, First Vice - President of the UNWLA. Lydia recognized our branch accomplis hments and extended best wishes for cont inued success from herself as well as from the UNWLA National Board.
