32 WWW.UNWLA.ORG “НАШЕ ЖИТТЯ”, ЛИСТОПАД 2019 The Shape of Things A Press Release and Kudos Patricia Zalisko , Br. 56, North Port, with her col- lage, Across the River Acheronin the background, and Carve Stone, sculptor _________________________ UNWLA Branch 56 member Patricia Zalisko was prominently featured in The Shape o f Things , an exhibition of a body of her recent paintings and col- lages at The Alliance for the Arts, in historic Ft. Myers, F lorida. Seventeen of her pieces were shown along- side the sculptures of Carve Stone, who works in ala- baster and other luminous stones. As the title of the show suggests, both artists focus on shape and form in their bold work. The exhibition kicked off the sea- son opening event for the Alliance, which was gener- ously sponsored by the law firm of Goldstein, Buckley, Cechman, Rice & Purtz .
