Стрій складається з вовняної сукні. Але вона ціла, не відтинана, оздоблена вишивкою на грудях і внизу. На голові – «кораблик» з хутра, верх кораблика з шовку. Позаду причеплена кокарда з двома довгими кінцями. Намисто з червоних коралів, з дукачем посередині. Взуття – високі шнуровані черевички. Kyivan Townswoman ’s Dress Ukraine (18th century). The townswoman’s garb consisted of a dress and a coat. The princess style dress of thin wool was decorated down the front and at the hem with a design patterned of gold cord. The outer coat of heavier gray wool, fashioned in a style similar to that of the dr ess , was fastened at the waist with a large clasp. The collar and cuffs were made of the same fabric as the dress. The fur cap had a silk crown and a large silk bow in the back. A coral and gold coin neck- lace and high - la ced shoes completed the outfit as commonly worn accesso- ries.
