З колекції «Історичний одяг українки» . Одяг боярині Княжої Руси мало відрізняється від Оль- гівського-княжого. Туніка з’єднана з дальматикою в один стрій і має такий самий вузький рукав. Тка- нина переткана золотом, має взір. Внизу – широка кайма, покрита золотою сіткою. Поверх – мантія з м’якого оксамиту, обведена вузь- кою золотою каймою, на раменах медальйони. «Фібула» защіплена посередині грудей, тому й накидка коротша спереду. Голову покриває наголовник, на якому серпанок, зав’язаний навколо шиї, одним кінцем спадає на праве рамено ( плече , — ред.). Поверх рантуха ( головний убір , — ред.) – чільце, діядема. На ногах – м’які гостроносі капці. В руках – хрест, символ глибоко закоріненої християнської віри. The Boyar Kyivan Noblewoman of the 12th Century The garb of the Boyar woman dif- fered from that of Princess Olha in that it consisted of only two pieces—a tunic and a dalmatic, which were combined into one beautiful garment. This garment had narrow sleeves and was made of a rich fabric with gold thread wo- ven into the cloth. The hem was adorned with a gold mesh rather than with the border typical of other costumes in this collection. A man- tle of soft velvet comprised the outer garment. It had a narrow gold border and was buckled in the cen- ter at the neck, which made it shorter in the front. A wimple was wrapped around the neck and head, with one end falling over the right shoulder. A cap and diadem were worn on top of the wimple. Soft pointed slippers covered the feet. A cross, clasped in the model’s hand, is a symbol of the by then deeply rooted Christian faith. Modeled by Anna Savycky- Alyskewych.
