Photo credit: Ilona Sochynsky On October 16, 2016, Branch 113 held a panel discussion on topics to help promote the Ukrainian Museum. The event, spearheaded and moderated by Branch 113 member Orysia Stryzak, took place at the Ukrainian Museum and was co-hosted by Renata Holod, president of the museum board. Three accomplished pro- fessionals participated in the discussion: Andrij Dobriansky, Karina Tarnawsky, and Lida Chaplynsky. The topics they addressed were how to market the museum in creative ways, how sponsorship works, and how to utilize the new social media to attract a young audience. The information they presented was helpful and relevant to the future of the museum. Our Cover Artist / Наша обкладинка Halyna Nazarenko was born in 1968 in Petrykivka. A graduate of the Reshetylivka College of Folk Art and a renowned master of Petrykivka decorative painting style, she is considered to be one of the best artists working in Ukrainian national decorative painting. Ms. Nazarenko has participated in numer- ous national and international exhibitions and has had eleven solo exhibits. Her works are in collections of the Dnipro Art Museum and in private collections in Ukraine and abroad, including in the United States. Галина Назаренко народилася у 1968 році у селищі Петриківка. Аспірантка Решетилівськогo Коледжу Народного Мистецтва і знана як майстриня Петриківського декоративного стилю малярства. Її вважають однією з найкращих художниць, яка займається українським народним декоративним малярством. Галина Назаренко виставляла свої роботи в багатьох національних і міжнародних виставках і начисляє одинадцять особистих виставок. Її праці знаходяться в колекціях Художнього Музею міста Дніпро і у приватних колекціях в Україні і поза її межами, включно із США.
