Своєю стійкістю, бойовим духом та ціл- ковитою самовідданістю вражав навіть досвід- чених акторів. Адже ж він правнук героїв, що боролися за визволення України, – Катрусі Зарицької та Михайла Сороки. На кінець пані Кріслата подякувала гостям, що не жаліли труду і приїхали в даль- шу дорогу, щоби привезти нам це душевне пережиття. « А Тобі, дорогий Антоне, від цілої громади бажаємо дальших успіхів у науці і в усіх Твоїх бажаннях. The fashion show is being presented by the Philadelphia Regional Council of the Ukraini- an National Women’s League of America celebrat- ing 90 years of service and support to the Ukrain- ian American community in conjunction with the Tryzub organization. Proceeds from this event are allocated for humanitarian aid in Ukraine for the widows and orphans of the fallen soldiers from the recent ongoing crisis in eastern Ukraine com- bating the Russian invaders. Oksana Karavanska was born in Lviv, Ukraine, graduated from the Lviv Academy of Applied and Decorative Arts, and is regarded as one of the top designers in Ukraine. Hailed as the “go-to designer,” she is sought for her inspira- tional unique creations in folk art and motifs combined with modern techniques and panache. Among her many accolades, Ms. Kara- vanska won the Grand Prix at Crystal Silhouette Competition for the “best dress of the year” and has been the member of the prestigious Fashion Council of Ukraine for many years. She has also presented her award-winning collections in New York City, Chicago, Washington, D.C., and Denver in the United States as well as in Milan, Italy, and Toronto, Canada. In 1997, her namesake boutique was opened in Kyiv, where she continues her trademark line in designer fashions.
