As in previous years, UNWLA Branch 36 of Chicago participated in an international Christmas tree display held from November 22, 2006, to January 10, 2007, in the office of the Cook County Treasurer. This year’s display included 89 beautifully decorated trees. Flanking the Ukrainian Christmas tree are Assistant Treasurer of Branch 36 Pat Michalski, Branch 36 President Luba Nowak, Cook County Treasurer Maria Pappas, and Branch 36 Vice President Olga Pitula.
