The UNWLA program included an agenda for the next three years, plans for celebrating the UNWLA's 75th anniversary, presentations on the health of women in the Untied States (Dr. Susan Stewart) and the health of women in Ukraine (Dr. Zoreslava Nyzhnyk), a project for changing rules for employment for women from Ukraine (Oleksandra Isayewicz-Mason and Har riet J. Harper), and bio-engineering (Dr. Val Giddens and Dr. Tamara Raven). Program moderator was Barbara Bachynsky. UNWLA president Iryna Ku rowyckyj participated in the TWG Plenary Session on "Trafficking of Women".
