The sim ple act of someone sharing their thoughts with you on paper, can create a special friendship. The UNWLA Pen Pal Center, established since 1974, offers any interested Ukrainian a chance to correspond with Ukrainians in coun tries like: Great Britain, South America, Australia, Ukraine, Poland, Croatia, and other countries of the former Soviet Union. By taking part in this program, you can learn about the kind of lives Ukrainians lead outside your own country — their professions, likes, dislikes, com munities, ideas and aspirations.
