THE UKR AINIAN M U S E U M A CULTURAL EXPERIENCE SEASIDE FETE III It was a hot day in the city but for many guests attend ing “Seaside Fete III in Spring Lake, NJ, the cool breeze off the ocean was but one more pleasant bonus in an afternoon which offered good food and music in the company of friends. The luncheon, served buffet style, offered such entrees as lobster newburg, an array of cold cuts, tempting sal ads and desserts. Accompanying this nautical fare, the Oles Kyzyszyn Trio kept a light tempo with easy-to- listen-to music. The affair, sponsored by the Ukrainian Museum in New York was held at the elegant Warren Hotel in Spring Lake. A cocktail reception launched the event. Guests were treated to an exhibition of art work, featur ing sculptures created by Anya Farion and paintings by artist Ilona Sochynsky-Schyprykevich. ing the entertainment program, offering her vocal rendi tions of popular Ukrainian songs and Brodway show tunes.
