H ave a lib rary in each B ranch w ith books on U kraine fo r reference in order to carry on our P. R. activities properly. W here possible obtain U krainian Encyclopedia fo r L ibrary. 8. W rite to your U. S. Con gressm en and S enators w hen you have some o u tstan d in g or tim ely issues or topics to subm it to th e C ongressional Record. 9. E n te r A m erican voluntary organizations as a U krainian group. In th e sp irit of ecum en ism p articip ate in pro g ram s of various religious groups. 10. O utside rep resen tatio n and public relations w ork is h am pered by lack of m oney. B ranch es should supp o rt th is im p o rtan t a rea of U N W LA work. 11.
