June 26, 2020 – As many of you already know, Ukraine is fighting a national disaster. The Ivano-Frankivsk and Chernivtsi regions and much of Western Ukraine have been severely flooded. Over 10,000 homes have been completely lost or damaged, roads and bridges destroyed.
This is an extremely difficult time for Ukraine given the ongoing war in the East and the continuing COVID-19 pandemic. Thousands of residents are in dire need of humanitarian aid.
In response, the UNWLA is calling upon all its branches, individual members, and friends of Ukraine to donate generously to aid our sisters and brothers in Ukraine in this time of great need. No donation is too small! Together we can change someone’s life by helping them buy food and daily necessities!
