Join Jurij Fedynskyj and his Family for a unique musical experience as they revives the lost, national instruments of Ukraine – the traditional torban, bandura, and kobza – in a powerful concert program that defends Ukraine’s cultural heritage today.
Event Highlights:
Concert of Traditional Ukrainian Music – sacred songs, epic psalms, folklore, and historic ballads
Short Film & Discussion – exploring Ukraine’s history, war, and cultural resilience through the voices of poets, statesmen, and blind singers
Live Demonstration – showcasing what a traditional kobzar is and what it means for Ukraine todayFor the first time in 100 years, audiences worldwide will experience the true sounds of the torban, kobza, and bandura—nearly erased from history by Soviet repression.
