Join us for a festive fundraiser celebrating the strength, talent, and legacy of Ukrainian women at “Born in a Vyshyvanka: Ukrainian Women Who Changed the World.” Hosted by UNWLA Branch 30 in honor of Lydia Krushelnytsky, this inspiring event offers an overview of the remarkable lives and achievements of Ukrainian women in science, culture, politics, and the arts.

Program highlights include:

• Opening ceremony with welcome speeches from UNWLA leadership and honorary guests
• Cultural program featuring musical and dance performances
• Raffle drawing and engaging historical presentations
• A festive lunch with delicious cuisine and a warm, welcoming atmosphere

We will honor figures such as Princess Olha, Lina Kostenko, Marusia Bek, and Marta Bohachevska-Homyak—women who have left an indelible mark on the world while proudly wearing their vyshyvankas.

All proceeds will be donated to support Ukrainian defenders.
