UNWLA Highlights At thje meetings in June we 'have summed up our attainm ents during the first half of this year. W hat have- we been able to achieve? Are we satisfied with the results ? O r did we neglect anything w orth attention ? W ith gladdened heart, because of fulfillment о-f our obligations, we are going to spend the warm season and aw ait the cool time of - the autum n to devote more effort to our patriotic task. Several of our Branches are preparing some diversions for the summer. It may be a picnic or s.ome party, still it will gather together the members and friends and help our Branches tow ard a better ac complishment. Maybe, other Branches will follow suit- Our appeal to caclh of our Branches to fill in an assurance so as to bring a Ukrainian family from Europe to the United States, has al ready brought some response. M any have filled the forms and re turned them. As you had been already informed, this i-s only a moral obligation, witlh no burdens on the sponsor whatsoever, so why hesi tate to do this Christian service to our sisters and brothers? You have often proved your readiness to lend them your assist ance, so why not just continue doing good for a littel while and help those forgotten brothers and sisters who need this aid urgently? This summer issue of OUR L IF E is, as usually, for two summer months. The extra pages that were added, were given to reports sent by our Branches. MRS.
